Christopher Liverman / Executive Director
Chris Liverman joined NJTL of Trenton in 2019, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the tennis industry through roles at Prince Global Sports, Legacy Youth Tennis and Education, and Bucks County Racquet Club. A lifelong Ewing, NJ native, Chris grew up with tennis as a family pastime and was inspired by legends like Agassi and the Williams sisters. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Rutgers University and an M.S. in Sport Management from Drexel University.
Chris is passionate about youth development and mentorship, guiding NJTLT alumni as they pursue their educational and career goals. Under his leadership, the organization continues to expand its reach through after-school programs, junior leagues, and community initiatives. Outside of work, Chris enjoys writing and performing music and teaching his young son how to play piano.
Brielle Gist / Manager of Programs & Communications

Brielle Gist joined NJTL of Trenton in June 2023. She has a BS from Rutgers University. Brielle is an ASHE Alumna; and learned to play tennis as a child by participating in the ACE program. She went on to play on her varsity team all throughout high school. Post college, she started her career working with several non-profit organizations, including Enable Inc. and The Salvation Army. She has also held several roles within the public service sector, by way of the Department of Health and the Division of Criminal Justice. She enjoys giving back and has a passion for tennis, wellness and doing whatever she can to positively impact the lives of others.
Paris Russell / Program Coordinator

Paris Russell joined NJTL of Trenton in June 2021. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Utah Tech University. Paris is an ASHE alumna, having learned to play tennis from a young age through the program. She began volunteering with NJTL as a junior coach during the summer camp program and later briefly served as the organization’s social media manager during college. After graduating, Paris joined NJTL full time as Program Coordinator while also working as a teaching assistant in the Ewing Public Schools district. She has a strong passion for youth development and takes pride in helping children grow through tennis and the opportunities the sport provides.
Donna Agnello-DeLucia / Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Donna joined NJTL of Trenton in 2022, having previously collaborated with the organization (1990 to 2022) sponsoring various NJTLT annual events as the former Owner of the Bucks County Racquet Club. While she holds a degree in Graphic Design, her educational pursuits have continued with certifications in Social Media Marketing and Digital Design from Noble Desktop located in New York City.
